The "four pillars" represent a summary of the distinguishing marks and core values of our church. These four things are expected of every member so that we may carry out our mission as a local church to be a display of God's glory on the earth.
LeadinginMinistry
Explanation
  • "As each one has received a special gift, employ it in serving one another as good stewards of the manifold grace of God." -1 Peter 4:10

Every member is to be regenerate so then every member is indwelt permanently with the Holy Spirit. The Spirit gifts and equips each member distinctly for the common good and the glory of God. So every member is expected to have a "job"- to serve in some way big or small. We all receive and we all contribute. The first and main ministry of every member is to fulfill their role at home.

Opportunity
  • Give financially and faithfully as the Lord calls you (2 Corinthians 9:7)
  • Take a Sunday job like helping with media team, being a greeter, assisting a teacher, or joining the choir
  • Help with the Food Bank- we fight hunger, advance the gospel, and serve the community through this ministry one Wednesday a month and need lots of help
  • Watch over little ones in the Nursery (all workers are screened with legal background checks)
  • Teach your own children how to worship on Sunday morning and in your home through family worship time.
